Man, most of the entries i've listened to have been awful, but this one is a little ray of sunshine for me :P

Really clean, lovely pads, love the reese, and your the first person i've listened to that hasn't used default drum samples! Top man!
Great Variation all the way through, definetly one of the better entries of the contest ;)

Thanks, I'm really glad you of all people liked it.

Also glad you noticed the drums, I'm actually using the slicer and a beat that I had sitting around on my computer. I pitch raised the drums and compressed 'em to give them a punchy sound, and they ended up sounding like individual samples, so I guess that's cool.

I think it's overall, a really decent piece of work!

Your only let down is that the sliced Amen beat really kills a lot of the uniqueness in a track, even though you can get some good stuff out of Amen Breaks it never really fills up a track as much as if you had the drums and percussions as individual separates.

Nevertheless, great stuff in the track, like the Reese and all.

Thats my downside to DnB still, I'm still a noob when it comes to making unique drum sets. Slicing is what I'm strong at right now but I'll have to practice more on making my drums more unique. Thanks for the review.
